What is Klarna's Buyer Protection Policy?
What Klarna buyer protection means
When you pay with Klarna, Klarna's buyer protection can help if your order doesn't arrive, or if the goods are damaged, faulty or significantly different from their description. The exact conditions depend on your country – see Klarna's buyer protection terms for your country at klarna.com.
If there is a problem with your order
- Contact Trionic's customer service first, so that we can help you find your delivery or solve the problem.
- If the problem isn't solved, open the purchase in the Klarna app (or log in at klarna.com) and select 'Report a problem'.
- Klarna pauses your payment while the dispute is open, so you don't need to pay while it is being looked into.
- When the problem has been solved, close the dispute in the Klarna app.
If the dispute is resolved in your favour, you don't have to pay for the goods concerned, and any amount you have already paid is refunded to the payment method you used. Klarna's buyer protection does not replace your statutory consumer rights or your right to return goods under our return policy.
