Hello! How can we help you?

What do you need to make a bank transfer?

If you pay the household bills or use a subscription service, you will have made a payment via BACS before.

  • Payments (BACS) normally arrive within 2 hours and you can even send a payment receipt. It’s a regulated payment system run by Bacs Payment Schemes Limited (now Pay.UK) and is one of the most common ways that money is sent and received from bank to bank.
  • CHAPS is a way of sending money that's guaranteed to arrive on the same day you send it.

Before you make the transfer, you’ll need to ensure you have access to a couple of key pieces of information. These include:

  • The date that you want payment to be made

  • The name of the business/organisation/individual that you are paying

  • The six-digit sort code

  • The eight-digit account number

  • A payment reference (so that the recipient knows what the payment is for)

Once you’ve got all of this information ready to go, you can begin the process of making a bank transfer:

  1.  Visit your regular bank or contact your bansk and give them the details.
  2. Initiate the payment for your order online in your bank online or in your bank app, where you can do it day and night, 365 days per year.

Aren’t bank transfers instant?

In most cases, yes, bank transfer times are instantaneous. However, banks will occasionally hold onto your funds for several days. There are a wide range of reasons that this could be the case, but it’s most likely to happen to anomalous or especially large transactions. So, if you’ve made a transfer that’s noticeably larger than the amounts you usually transfer, it’s no reason to panic. In most cases, the bank is simply doing their due diligence. To find out exactly what’s happening to your money, give the bank a call and they should be able to explain what’s going on.

  • Finally more freedom of movement and safety…

After several health challenges, I find walking difficult, especially on uneven surfaces. I hardly ever went outside anymore. I particularly missed walking in the woods. Now my family has ordered me the Veloped Sport. At last I can go for a walk out…

  • Forest Walks Again!…

  • Most life-changing piece of equipment I've ever bought!…

I suffered a severe spinal injury in February, 2009, just slipping on an icy path.
Overnight, I went from an independent, hard-working, active 43year-old to having to be hospitalised for a month, bed-ridden for 3 months, and convalescing with kind f…

  • Finally walking again…

Since my mom got this walker, she's been going for walks again. It was one of the best investments she's ever made for her health. She's happy every time someone asks her about her walker and her range has expanded many times over.
    As a daughter, I'…

  • Easier, more daily fun…

They have really thought of the user! Everything is well thought out and with my Veloped, I dare to get out socially and not opt out of some activities. Safer, happier, which also means I need less help from people around me! Highly recommended!…

  • Great for accessibility…

My Veloped Trek has begun to change my life. My service dog and I can go for long walks or short ones. When I feel the most off balance, I use the Veloped because it provides me more stability than other walkers.

  • Great experience all the way around!…

I've taken my trek miles on the desert and it'll go anywhere. The training is bringing me to the point where I can walk without it. Even when I had flats from goathead thorns--the bane of all OTR cyclists--they were easily fixed at a bike store. Trio…

  • Rick Pope…

I have both the 12” for inside and around the house and a 14” for outdoor travel. Love them both.…

  • Trionic Veloped is an excellent walking aid…

Trionic Veloped works well when you are walking along pavements when it is snowy, dry or wet. It's also a very good walking aid to be used in the forest when you are walking along paths or even in more difficult conditions. If you decide to buy Trion…
