What should I do if there is a ticking noise in the Trionic Walker when I turn?

The ticking noise is probably caused by the 'headset' (ball bearing set) of the front wheel fork being set a tad tight. Normally this disappears by itself as the two ball bearings get 'seated' after a couple of walks. If the noise does not disappear, please let us know and we’ll explain how the headset/ball bearings can be adjusted in a very simple way.

  • I am extremely happy with my 'Terminator', thank you.…

As you may remember I needed to adapt it to have forearm rests instead of handles and found the charity organisation 'Remap' here in the UK who were able to take the forearm rests from an old rollator (an indoor Topro) and put them on my lovely new T…

All round great/ fantastic unit. Easy to use, and gets around shops etc with very good manoeuvring. Folds up small. Very happy. I find it's pretty good off-road too.

I also have a three-wheel Trionic Veloped 14er which is more stable and tougher a…

  • Walker 14er…

Delivery very poor. Incompetent driver failed first ‘attempt’ and couldn’t find my door bell, simple enough; on his second ‘deliver without fail’ journey. Miserable performance by your delivery team!…

  • Erika…

It is a great companion that I was allowed to test for 14 days. I can only recommend it to everyone; you can overcome all obstacles with it. I am vision-impaired and because of that I move very uncertainly when outside, but thanks to my faithful comp…

  • The people a Veloped have been patient…

The people a Veloped have been patient, kind and thorough throughout the process of deciding which one to buy and then starting to use it. I cannot rate them highly enough! And the machine is excellent. No adverse comments at all; just what I wanted …
