The brake lever on one side has no braking impact?
Try to adjust the cable as described in the manual.
If that doesn't solve the problem, try to check the following:
- Is the wheel attached properly, in other words, is the brake hub positioned inside the brake? The customer can check and compare the right and left wheels.
- Are the two cable ends (with the aluminium end cap) about the same length? If different lengths, the shorter one might have a loose end nipple.
- Is the brake cable still intact?
