What is Trionic Ambassador Agreement?

We are excited to have you on the Trionic team and to see the great content you create. We are looking for videos & photos about Trionic and its products. We want to see product reviews, unboxing videos and creative takes; we want to see it all!

As our Brand Ambassador, you receive a special commission rate on all Trionic products sold through your posts and shares and may even have your content with your product links featured in our social media posts.

As a Trionic program Ambassador, offering a 5% payout to the ambassador in the form of a gift card to be used exclusively in our webshop or the shop where it was issued from. The gift cards can not be used elsewhere.

NOTE: If you are provided with payment, commission, or any free product or service from a Brand, you MUST disclose your relationship with them in each related post. This disclosure is required, so your audience understands the connection between you and the Brand, and these disclosures MUST be CLEAR and CONSPICUOUS. Disclosures should be upfront in the first few sentences and with respect to a video post within the video itself. The disclosure must be on the post itself, not in footnotes, hyperlinks, in a bio, or in an about section.

Your participation in the Trionic Brand Ambassador program is subject to your continued compliance with the policies, terms and conditions.

Trionic Ambassador Agreement

By signing up with The Trionic Ambassador Program I am agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below:

I am 18 years of age or older and I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.

• I will promote and market Trionic products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.
• Share content using our brand hashtag: #trionicrollator, #
• Trionic will own the rights to use the shared images for email marketing, social media platform or website content.
• I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused gift cards and all promotional codes effective immediately.
• If I choose to leave the Ambassador program, I must use any unused gift card balance within 14 days of leaving the program. Any photos sent to Trionic will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
• I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel or amend this agreement at any time.
• Trionic may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time. If Trionic terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days' written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
• I will receive a  5% payout in the form of a gift card to be used exclusively in our webshop or the shop where it was issued from. The gift cards can not be used elsewhere.
• I will disclose the relationship with the brand Trionic if I post or publish content in a deliberate manner to get more referrals. 
• The Trionic Ambassadors will not be treated as company employees for any reason.
