How to pack a Veloped for return shipment?
Suppose you decide on returning the Veloped to us. Please make sure you pack it properly, so it is returned safely to us.
You must pack the Veloped precisely as it was delivered. Otherwise, the paintwork of the frame might get damaged;
- The wheels go into the bottom of the carton, with the foam protection on the front wheel axle.
- Then the big cardboard piece on top of the wheels.
- The frame goes on top of the wheels with the L-shaped foam protector between the very front of the frame and the carton.
