Hello! How can we help you?
Conditions for purchasing on account with Klarna
These payment terms apply between you and the shop from which you purchase your goods, tickets or services if you choose payment by invoice as your payment method. Please note that payment by invoice can only be used by consumers.
If you choose to pay by invoice, you pay with a due date of 30 days from the dispatch of the goods, tickets or other services, the time the services or digital content are available. The shop assigns the claim to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment order and you will pay your order directly to Klarna. Contact details and further information about Klarna can be found here.
If you have opted for Klarna's monthly billing and aggregation service, Klarna will bundle your purchases made using invoice payment and send you a monthly statement that summarizes all purchases, rather than sending you a single invoice for each purchase.
Only pay after you receive your order!
Klarna offers you Klarna buyer protection, which means, among other things, that you only have to pay for the ordered goods once you have received them, and Klarna will support you should a problem arise with your purchase. You can find more information and details about the procedure here.
Costs and fees
We charge an invoice fee of €0.00 per purchase. If you are in default of payment, Klarna can demand compensation for the resulting damage in the amount of a flat rate of €1.20 for each reminder. You are free to prove that Klarna suffered no or only minor damage.
Credit check & data protection
If you choose “Invoice” as your payment method, Klarna will check your creditworthiness to determine whether you can be granted payment by invoice. Klarna processes your personal data to comply with our obligations under this Agreement and for the additional purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available here and on our website and by using Klarna Services you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. For example, we process your personal data to identify you and perform customer analysis, creditworthiness, marketing and business development. We may also make your data available to selected third parties (e.g. credit reference agencies) who may also be based outside the EU/EEA. In the Privacy Policy you will find further information about sharing data, your rights in relation to your data, how to contact us if you have any questions or how to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
