Ordering from Trionic is simple and flexible. You can shop directly through our online store, place your order over the phone, or send the details by email. Choose the model and accessories that fit your needs—our team is here to help at every step.

Standard delivery is free when the products in your order, including the VAT you pay, reach the amount for your country (Free shipping). A Veloped or Walker on its own is always above that amount. Deliveries are handled by UPS and typically arrive within a few working days, depending on your address.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be agreed with us first – email support@trionic.com. The product must be in its original packaging and in as-new condition. Who pays the return shipping depends on the country you ordered from – see our return policy.
