From start to finish, the whole process of buying a Trionic 14er W was easy. The walker is exceptional and has changed my life, enabling me to access terrain previously out of my range. The customer service was also exceptional and customer-friendly. Helpful, clear and polite, unlike a lot of firms who don't care once they have taken your money.
