We are not at all satisfied. We have sent you another e-mail as we were unable to fit the two tyres. We also sent you a photo so that you could see that the tyres we received were not the ones we wanted. We never received a reply.
Your customer service is terrible. We are very disappointed.
We also took the tyres to a bike dealer, who was also unable to help us fit them.
