What was your concern with this review?
The product is really good and mature. The dimensions are slightly longer than other rollators.
Disappointingly, the stated return was refused within 14 days on the grounds that only unused Velopeds are taken back. The buyer had tried the device in all everyday situations. This was also necessary because the device was heavier and larger than the old one. An exchange for the Walker was also rejected.
